Shipping Method

Shipping Rates


Orders marked as Standard Shipping or Free Shipping will arrive in approximtely 7-15 business days (after carrier pick up) and will be dropped off without signature required. You cannot schedule delivery dates with standard shipping and free shipping items. Items ordered at the same time may not arrive in the same shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges. Standard shipping under $100 is $5.00, Free STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $100. All orders are dispatched via a EMS express service. 



Delivery & Dispatch Time


We aim to have your order processed as soon as possible. If in stock at time of purchase we aim to send out your order within 1-3 working days. In the event of an out of stock situation, please accept our apologies but rest assured we will contact you to advise of any delay.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.  

Once an item is ship out you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note during sales or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing your order. 



Lost In Transit

 

We understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery does not go to plan, if your parcel has taken longer than expected to reach you, please contact customer care and we will do our very best to try and resolve the issue on our end as soon as possible.



Cancel Order


At Pnabcj, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. To ensure transparency and convenience, we have formulated the following cancellation policy:


1. Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order within 24 hours or until it is in the "shipped" status. This includes items purchased on sale as well.


2. Initiating Cancellation: To cancel your order, simply visit our website to raise a cancellation request or contact our customer support team via email sale@pnabcj.com. Please provide your order details, and we will assist you in canceling the order promptly.


3.  Communication: Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email or notification acknowledging the cancellation request.
