Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If item is not suitable we require notice of a return, either via email or phone, a maximum of 7 days after receiving your order. Please make sure to quote your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags and labels still attached. If goods are returned in an unsalable condition we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange.

Please be aware refund will be issued online. Please contact us via email sale@pnabcj.com to obtain the return address.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15-25 business days.


Exchanges

If item is wanted to be exchanged for example, a different size, colour or style, let us know either via email, a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order and we will endeavour to fulfil your exchange. Subject to availability. Please make sure to quote your order number.

If item is faulty when delivered, return the item to us and we will offer a replacement product or refund. Please contact us via email sale@pnabcj.com to obtain the exchange address.
